Sherbert Lemon

Trying to get the rules of the cases in my head for Religion Law and Education Law (which started off the semester canvassing very similar issues), I have come to wonder just how much J.K. Rowlings knows about U.S. Constitutional principles. Wasn't one of Dumbledore's passwords early on "Sherbert Lemon"?

And I am going to feel so-o-o much better when I finally kick this sinus cold.
