Talk about too late...

I'm cleaning house, dumping trash off my desk, stacking books for resale (anyone need some?) when suddenly, it hits me.

The answer to part "e" of question "2" on last Thursday's Civil Procedure Exam... I totally missed the option that AA and EE had of possibly starting a Class Action law suit over the manufacturer's defect. I could have gone a long time talking about that one. And it didn't even occur to me until what, five days later???

Grrr...
